``Alone we go faster, together we go further.``
Organisational coaching allows an organisation or system to find its levers of transformation, by becoming aware of its ways of working, thus developing its autonomy.
The systemic practice and insight of the organisation coach is focused on how interactions occur within the system, not why they occur in this way. The idea is that the solution lies within the organisation, including in dysfunctional cases.
The operating mode is co-creation, which allows the organisation to take ownership of the process.

“When the wind of change blows, some build walls, some windmills.” Chinese proverb
In a volatile, uncertain, complex and ambiguous world, what is the best way for companies to adapt and retain their teams?
“A journey of a thousand kilometers always begins with a first step.” Lao Tseu
Liberated or rather liberating management… The challenge is to understand what it is all about before committing, and then to consciously choose to take the first step of your own transformation so as to, in turn, transform the organisation.

“Knowledge is acquired through experience, everything else is just information.” Albert Einstein
Living the experience, first feeling what effect it has on us and on the group, then understanding what we have experienced through theoretical input, this is what we propose to anchor the experience, while meeting your operational objectives.
